Warrior Athletics Founders

A Legacy of Opportunity and Impact
In 2017, Coach Ashley and Coach Jessie founded Warrior Athletics with a clear mission: to provide aspiring volleyball athletes with access to high-level training and competition—regardless of financial barriers. They created a space where passion and potential could thrive, especially for those who found traditional club volleyball financially out of reach.

Over the years, Warrior Athletics has grown into far more than a volleyball program. Under their leadership, countless players, parents, and coaches have found opportunity, growth, and success. Their teams have captured numerous tournament titles, traveled across state lines, earned a paid bid to AAU Nationals, helped send multiple athletes to college on volleyball scholarships, and —most importantly— helped young athletes learn to believe in themselves and challenge themselves to accomplish more than they thought they ever could. They’ve mentored coaches who have gone on to further their careers both in and beyond the sport, creating a ripple effect of empowerment and possibility.

In 2025, the torch was passed to someone who truly embodies the spirit of Warrior Athletics—former player Emma Anderson-Rash. Coach Ashley and Coach Jessie have watched Emma grow since she first joined the program at age 14. She has since become a remarkable leader, and it is with pride and full confidence that they entrust her to carry on the mission they began.

Our Greatest Accomplishment
For us, the greatest achievement isn’t the championships, the college scholarships, or the accolades—it’s this: we get to hand off this program to one of our own. A former player. Someone who lived the Warrior Athletics experience and now leads it. To us, that’s the ultimate validation of everything we set out to do.
